30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return on full-price items under our returns policy.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For returns under our 30-day policy, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

• Returned with original tags attached and original packaging included.

• Accompanied by your order number or another proof of purchase.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are excluded from our 30-day returns policy.

SIZING & EXCHANGES

Please refer to the product’s size guide before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Sizing details, model specs, and fit guides are provided on each product page to help you choose the correct size.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, we're happy to issue a refund or exchange.

Please email us photos of the damage along with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide a return label and instructions explaining where to send your parcel.

Please contact us before posting your return so it reaches the correct address, and retain your proof of postage.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an item due to fit, preference or a change of mind. Costs vary by location and courier.

We cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Approved returns under our 30-day policy are processed within 10 business days.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
